Analytics & Tracking

We operate a proprietary analytics system. Data collected by this system is stored on our secure servers, used solely to maintain and improve our services, and is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Where possible, data is aggregated or anonymized to protect individual privacy.

We also use Cloudflare for security, performance optimization, and Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse. Cloudflare may process your IP address and basic connection data to provide these services. For more information, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for any reason. We will only disclose your personal information in response to a lawful court order from a judge. Any requests for your data that are not legally authorized will be refused and ignored. We may also share data with trusted service providers who process information on our behalf, strictly for the purposes described in this policy.

Payment Processing

We use Paddle as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, your payment details are securely handled by Paddle and are never stored on our servers. Paddle processes your information in accordance with their privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of your payment and basic transaction details necessary to provide you with our services.

Your Rights

• Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in our records.
• Right to be Forgotten: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to have your data erased, send us an email and we will process your request within 10 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain information.

Data Processed on Behalf of Our Customers (Announce)

Websites that use the Announce product make requests to Layeredy's API. Announce collects the following data for operational and security purposes:

• IP addresses
• User general regions
• API request URLs

Any website using Announce should reference this privacy policy, as these requests involve communication with Layeredy's infrastructure and the collection of the above data.
