Announce URL has changed

Announce's URL has been changed from announce.layeredy.com to app.layeredy.com. We have made this change as we're working on unifying all of our services into one dashboard

All old URLs, APIs, and extensions still work and do not require updating. announce.layeredy.com is still working as a redirect service for all old URLs.

You do NOT need to change your API or embed.js calls from this update.
