- Cybercrime/Cyberattacks: Engaging in illegal digital activities such as hacking, DDoS/DoS attacks, or phishing.
- Malware Distribution: Creating or distributing malicious software.
- Illegal Activities: Any activities in violation of applicable laws, including illegal hacking or cracking.
- Copyright Infringement: Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without permission.
- Impersonation or False Identity: Misrepresenting yourself or impersonating others.
- Data Scraping: Collecting data from services without permission.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior.
- Crypto Mining: Using services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization.
- Botnets: Establishing or using networks of compromised devices.
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing systems or data without permission.
- Mass Mailing/Unsolicited Advertising: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or advertising.
- Proxies or VPNs for Malicious Intent: Using these technologies for illegal or harmful activities.
- Violence and Terrorism: Promoting or engaging in violent or terrorist activities.
- Deceptive Content: Distributing content meant to deceive or mislead.
- Fake News: Disseminating false information intended to mislead or cause harm.
- Child Exploitation: Any activity involving the exploitation of minors.
- Privacy Violations: Collecting, storing, or distributing personal data without consent.
- Impairment of Services: Interfering with the normal operation of services.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Using, distributing, or misusing intellectual property without rights.
- Resale or Misuse of Services: Reselling or misusing services without permission.
- Automated Tools: Using bots or scripts to misuse services or overwhelm systems.
- Political Extremism: Promoting or engaging in extreme political activities.
- Misuse of Support Systems: Abusing customer support or help systems.
- Software Piracy: Hosting or distributing unauthorized software.
- Circumvention of Security Measures: Attempting to bypass security features or measures.

- Resale of Services: Reselling services without explicit authorization.
- IP/DMCA Violations: Hosting or distributing content that violates intellectual property laws.
2. Fair Use Policy
Our services are intended for fair and reasonable usage. Excessive or abusive use of resources, including bandwidth, storage, and CPU, that exceeds the scope of normal operation may result in throttling, additional fees, or suspension of services. Users are expected to operate within reasonable usage limits as outlined in their service plans. Abusing resources to affect the performance of the service for other users is strictly prohibited.
3. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes. If required by law, we may disclose user data to authorities in compliance with legal requests such as subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on our services comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Enforcement and Penalties
We reserve the right to terminate any user account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this AUP. Specifically, violations related to network disruption may incur a fee of up to $200. The severity of the violation and the impact on our services will determine the appropriate response, which may include:
- Warning: For minor violations.
- Temporary Suspension: For moderate violations.
- Permanant Account Termination: For severe or repeat violations.
- Additional Fees: Up to $200 for network disruptions or impairment of service.
We reserve the right to take legal action if required.
