Refunds are available for all new orders made directly through Layeredy. Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
