Account Suspensions
What does this mean?
Users who have violated our terms of service or acceptable use policy may have their accounts suspended. Suspensions are typically permanent, however in some cases, temporary suspensions may be applied depending on the severity of the violation.
How do I know if my account is suspended?
If your account has been suspended, you will receive an email notification to the address associated with your account. Additionally, when attempting to log in, you will see a message indicating that your account is suspended.
Can I appeal a suspension?
If you believe your account was suspended in error or would like to appeal the suspension, please contact our support team at [email protected].
If you are contacting support regarding a suspension, please include the following information to help us investigate your case:- Your account email address
- A detailed explanation of why you believe the suspension was in error or why you are appealing the suspension
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence that may support your case
If approved, your account will be reinstated and you will receive a confirmation email. If your appeal is denied, you will receive an explanation for the decision. You cannot appeal multiple times.
Account deletion after suspension
Accounts that have been suspended for 180 days without any appeal or resolution may be subject to deletion unless otherwise required by law or our policies.
