We will only disclose your data in response to a lawful court order from a judge, consistent with our main Privacy Policy. Any requests not legally authorized will be refused.

4. Human Review of Chats

To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of Layeredy AI, chats may be reviewed by a member of the Layeredy team. This review may occur:

Any human review is conducted by authorized Layeredy personnel only, subject to strict confidentiality obligations. We do not use your chat content to identify you for marketing purposes.

Chat history and associated metadata are retained for a period necessary to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet our legal obligations. Your AI chat data is stored on the same secure infrastructure described in our main Privacy Policy, subject to the same access controls, audits, and security standards. Access to chat data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We may update this policy as Layeredy AI evolves. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of Layeredy AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
