Layeredy AI Terms of Service

This document is a supplement to the main Layeredy Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By using Layeredy AI, you agree to both those policies and the additional terms below.

1. Overview

Layeredy AI is an AI-powered feature available within Layeredy's platform. These terms govern your use of Layeredy AI and apply in addition to our main Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this document and the main Terms of Service, the main Terms of Service take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Plan Access

Layeredy AI is available exclusively on the following subscription plans:

  • Base
  • Professional
  • Business

Layeredy AI is not available on free or trial accounts. Access to specific AI features may vary by plan tier. Refer to our pricing page for details on what is included in each plan.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of Layeredy AI is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy in full. In addition to those requirements, you must not use Layeredy AI to:

  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal
  • Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or abuse the AI system
  • Automate requests in a manner that places unreasonable load on the platform
  • Reproduce, scrape, or extract model outputs for the purpose of training competing systems
  • Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights

4. Enforcement & Access Restrictions

Layeredy monitors use of the AI features to ensure the platform remains safe and reliable for all users. If we determine that you have abused Layeredy AI or violated these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Restrict your access to Layeredy AI features
  • Suspend your Layeredy AI access temporarily or permanently
  • Escalate to a full account suspension where the violation warrants it

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any enforcement action, but we reserve the right to act without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

5. AI Limitations & No Warranties

Layeredy AI is provided as-is. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before acting on it. Layeredy makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of Layeredy AI outputs for any particular purpose.

6. Changes to AI Terms

We may update these terms as Layeredy AI evolves. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Layeredy AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
