Inactivity Policy

Uptime Monitor Inactivity
To ensure optimal distribution of resources and maintain high quality of service for all users, Layeredy Software implements an inactivity policy for Uptime monitors.
Accounts must have at least one login every 60 days to keep Uptime monitors active. If no login is detected within a 60-day window, any active Uptime monitors will be automatically disabled. You can learn more about disabled status on our Uptime status page.
Logging back into your account will allow you to re-enable your monitors through the dashboard.
Account Retention
Accounts that show no login activity for a period of over 3 years may be subject to suspension or permanent deletion at our discretion.
Prior to any permanent account deletion due to inactivity, we will attempt to notify the user via the email address associated with the account to provide an opportunity to retain the account and its data.
